Entry-Level Residential Plumbing Technician
Vailes Home Improvement Services in Fishersville, VA is seeking an Entry-Level Residential Plumbing Technician for full-time, year-round employment.

You’ll be paired with an experienced residential plumber who will serve as your trainer and mentor, gaining real-world experience while learning to diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs, install plumbing systems, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist with residential plumbing service calls and repairs
- Help diagnose plumbing problems and perform quality repairs
- Install fixtures, faucets, water heaters, and other plumbing components
- Learn how to safely work with residential plumbing systems
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Follow company safety procedures and plumbing best practices
- Continue building your technical skills through hands-on training and classroom education
Requirements
- Eagerness to learn and interest in a long-term plumbing career
- Previous plumbing experience helpful but not required
- Experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, mechanical work, or other skilled trades is a plus
- Dependable, coachable, and mechanically inclined
- Enjoys solving problems and working with hands
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Pay
$18.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance incentives and advancement opportunities as your skills grow.
