Job Function
Source, screen, and engage candidates for professional services roles.
Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS.
Participate in structured training and mentorship programs.
Deliver exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Interest in staffing/recruitment and professional services industries.
