As a Junior Recruiter with Marquis Health Consulting, you’ll be the driving force behind finding top talent. No prior recruitment experience? No problem! What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing & Engaging Talent – Use job boards, social media, and networking to find top candidates.
- Building Strong Relationships – Connect with candidates and facility leaders to understand their needs.
- Managing the Hiring Process – Screen, interview, and match candidates with amazing job opportunities.
- Closing the Deal – Help candidates land their dream roles while supporting facility leadership in building a stellar team.
What You Bring To The Table
- A background in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality—any experience that involves people, communication, and persuasion!
