Entry Level Recruiter

About the role

We’re looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You’ll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process — all from your laptop. Whether you’re experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we’ll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
• Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit
• Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
• Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
• Represent our company’s culture and values in every conversation

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and public speaking skills (recruiting experience a plus!)
• Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Tech-savvy and organized while working independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay

• Training: $15/hr for 1–2 weeks
• Regular: $17.50–$20/hr
• Weekly Bonuses: $1,000–$3,000+/week

Schedule

• 100% Remote: Work from anywhere
• Flexible Schedule: Create your own hours (some weekends required)
