Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
- Follow up with the leads we provide and build real relationships with buyers and sellers.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations using the scripts and frameworks we'll train you on, utilizing our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Host open houses and show homes.
- Work closely with our transaction team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, allowing you to focus on client engagement and sales activities.
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home.
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
- Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities.
- Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales.
Qualifications
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
- Self-motivation and drive.
- Organized and manages time effectively.
- Technology-driven.
Pay
$120,000 - $120,000/year
