Responsibilities

• Learn how to find buyers and sellers and bring them to the table
• Practice and refine your sales conversations through daily real-world activity
• Follow up consistently and move leads from interest to commitment
• Grow your market knowledge week by week so clients trust your guidance
• Attend coaching sessions that make you measurably better every week

Qualifications

• Newly licensed or in the process of getting your real estate license
• A natural people person who genuinely enjoys building relationships
• Coming from another career and ready for something with real income potential
• Coachable, self-motivated, and serious about building something of your own

Pay

$115,500 - $196,500 yearly (first-year earning potential of $140,000+ when goals are met)
