About the role
This role involves working one-on-one with children and/or adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental or behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in developing social and communication skills
- Monitor and document progress and milestones
- Implement behavior change plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Qualifications
- Passion for working with individuals with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Completion of relevant college coursework or experience working with children in roles such as behavioral intervention or ABA therapy
