A Day In The Life Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. This includes estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparationParticipate in meetings to review the scope of work and materialsOversee the buyout process for materialsCoordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and scheduleConduct progress meetings with the construction teamRemain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all timesAbility to communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project Necessary Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor or concrete company preferred but not requiredExperience running ground-up projects.
