Role Overview: The program offers intensive job training for young adults, combining technical and professional skill development with internships and job placement support. Responsibilities: Participate in in-classroom training in areas such as Application Development, Business Operations, Banking, Customer Success, IT Support, Data Analysis, Financial Operations, Project Management, and Network Security & Support.Engage in internships at leading organizations, gaining real-world experience and earning a weekly stipend during this phase.Develop professional business, communication, interviewing, and networking skills.Build resumes and receive ongoing mentorship and career guidance. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; no Bachelor's degree required.Eligible to work in the U.S.Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.Availability to participate full-time during the program.May be required to complete screening questions.
