Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc., established in 1994, is headquartered in Bridgeville, PA, with plants in North Jackson, OH, Dunkirk, NY, and Titusville, PA. Universal Stainless produces semi-finished and finished specialty steel long products and plate including stainless steel, tool steel, bearing steel, gear steel, and aircraft quality low alloy steels for use in a variety of industries. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Safety‑focused mindset
- Experience in one or more of: Machine Operation, Saws, Tow Motor/Overhead Crane, QC Inspection, CNC/lathe, Precision Measuring Tools, Material Handling
- Prior steel mill or industrial furnace experience is a plus
- Remote Crane experience: 1 year (preferred but not required)
- Forklift experience: 1 year (preferred but not required)

Pay
Starting wage: $20.00 per hour, increasing to $20.50 after the probationary period; night shift differential adds $0.50 per hour. Skilled or experienced applicants with welding and machining abilities may receive higher pay.
Schedule
Full‑time positions with various shift options: days, nights, afternoons, or weekends only.
