Entry-Level Production Associate

A Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with a variety of tasks to help maintain efficient workflow throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Help inspect products for visible defects during production.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Report safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to support workflow.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and learn new tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse processes.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy objects.
• Overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Must be able to tolerate working in warehouse conditions.
