Entry Level Plumbing Engineer - Portland, OR

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of plumbing system design, modeling, and documentation
• Gain proficiency in using Revit and AutoCAD as design and drafting tools
• Read and interpret architectural plans
• Provide task-based support for engineering distribution, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling
• Understand and apply specifications, building codes, and plumbing industry standards
• Complete assigned work under the guidance of project team members
• Aid in construction administration
• Perform plumbing design calculations and simulations
• Design layouts for plumbing systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) certification or ability to obtain it
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking
• A passion for results
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits

• Hiring Base Salary Range: $73,300 - $82,800 annually
• Time and a half overtime pay
