Entry level Pest Control Technician

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule

• 5 days a week while in training
• 3 days a week once trained
• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Thursday–Saturday

Training

Training is paid! Field Service Technicians will train for roughly two weeks or until properly trained.

Our Field Experts are the best in the business, and even if you have no experience we will provide the training to construct the best Service Technician out of you.

Field Service Techs start the day in our warehouse, have daily training in our office, and then travel to customer's homes to take care of our residential customers on a daily basis. While traveling to customer's homes Service Technicians will be treating the home for interior and exterior pests. We take pride in our work & strive for excellence each and every day. The happier our customers are the more fun we have!

Responsibilities

• Treat homes for interior and exterior pests
• Provide excellent customer service to residential customers
• Participate in daily training sessions
• Demonstrate extreme ownership for all actions involving office staff, Field Service Technicians, and customers
• Collaborate in a team environment to solve problems, from warehouse tasks to scaling the business
• Give feedback, be accountable, speak honestly, and support team members

Requirements

• Must be 21 to apply
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screen
• Pass a driving record review
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures
