What You'll Do
- Participate in training and development programs to learn the Pega low-code application platform.
- Work toward obtaining your Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification.
- Assist senior developers in designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining business applications.
- Learn software development fundamentals, business process automation, and workflow design.
- Participate in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document processes, requirements, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with teammates and customers in a remote work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Prior IT experience, whether through work, military service, certifications, help desk support, software development, systems administration, data analysis, or technical support.
- Familiarity with technology, software applications, or business processes.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Interest in software development, automation, business analysis, or low-code platforms.
- No college degree required.
- Relevant experience, military service, technical training, certifications, or demonstrated self-learning are highly valued.

Candidates selected will be subject to a background investigation for clearance eligibility by our government client.
Compensation
Starting salary of $60,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience. Signing bonus of $2,500+ paid out upon completion of required certification.
