About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based models like ESDM and PRT
- Engage in play-based activities to enhance communication and social skills
- Collaborate with families to set goals and track progress
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel between locations)
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screening
- Pass a criminal history check
