This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, works well in a team environment, and is eager to learn knowledge of parts, inventory and how to effectively research part issues. Entry-Level Parts Clerk Primary Responsibilities Deliver professional, friendly customer service to all patronsAssist technicians with researching and ordering partsReceive, check in, and organize all incoming freightAccurately research technician and customer parts requestsWork collaboratively with the team to ensure daily operations run smoothlyPerform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Entry-Level Parts Clerk Hours of Operation Currently Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour meal break) Potential Saturday Hours: Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (if department expands hours)Closed Sundays Entry-Level Parts Clerk Pay & Compensation Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Pay Frequency: Biweekly Entry-Level Parts Clerk Benefits (Available At 90 Days) 401(k)5 days paid vacation4 paid personal days per yearHealth insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Performance evaluation for a pay increase Entry-Level Parts Clerk Qualifications Strong customer service skillsAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. without accommodation Team-oriented mindsetWillingness to learn parts systems and proceduresPrevious parts or automotive experience is a plus, but not required This employment opportunity is available at the organization listed at the top of this page.
