Entry Level - Part Time Sales Representative
Vector Marketing is currently interviewing for part-time sales representatives, with an option to work a full schedule. Start work within the week after a virtual interview.
About the role
This remote position involves working with customers, explaining American-made CUTCO products, and placing orders. The role offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that is not based on sales or results, with additional incentives possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed, as all necessary training is provided.
Pay
Representatives are paid a base rate of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or may opt for a commission structure based on performance. This ensures a fallback income even during slower weeks, with opportunities to earn more.
Training
Comprehensive training is provided, with over 40 years of experience in preparing individuals for success. The skills developed—such as sales, networking, and communication—are valuable in any field, even if the role is not long-term.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate individual needs. Some representatives work as much as possible, while others balance part-time hours around commitments like classes, full-time jobs, internships, vacations, or family obligations.
Location
After training, sales representatives work locally. Meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
Advancement
Long-term representatives have opportunities to advance along several paths, including management or becoming a career sales professional, regardless of starting part-time or without experience.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with people
- Ages eighteen and older, or seventeen and a high school graduate (conditions apply)
- Able to start within the next 7–10 days
- Willing to learn and apply new skills
Who would do well
Individuals with diverse backgrounds—including retail, fast food, cashier, administrative, receptionist, office work, serving, landscaping, or no prior experience—have succeeded in this role. A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people are key traits for success.
