About the role
Remote position focused on working with customers, explaining American-made CUTCO products, and placing orders. Base pay is not tied to sales or results, with additional incentives based on performance.
Pay
Paid weekly at a base rate of $24.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or through a commission structure. Earnings potential increases with performance, but a base income is guaranteed even during slower weeks.
Training
Comprehensive training provided, with over 40 years of experience in developing sales, networking, and communication skills applicable to any field.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling tailored to individual needs, accommodating part-time work, full-time availability, or extra income around other commitments like classes, jobs, internships, vacations, or family obligations.
Location
Sales representatives work locally after training. Meetings and training sessions are held in the office.

Requirements

- Ages 18+ or 17 with a high school diploma (conditions apply)

Individuals with a positive attitude and a passion for working with people. Past successful representatives have come from diverse backgrounds, including retail, fast food, cashiering, administrative roles, reception, office work, serving, landscaping, or no prior experience at all.
