About the role

Ready to be the face of a fast-growing fiber internet company that's transforming how communities connect? At Omni Fiber, our Outside Sales Representatives play a key role in bringing cutting-edge, reliable internet directly to customers' doorsteps. In this role, you'll engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You'll own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
  • Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
  • Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
  • Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally
  • Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones
  • Use of a personal vehicle is required

Bonus Potential

  • $1,000 Bonus in the 1st month or faster
  • $1,500 Bonus in the 2nd month or faster
  • $2,500 Bonus in the 3rd month or faster
  • $4,000 Quarterly Bonus
  • $10,000 Annual Bonus

Compensation

Amazing Compensation! Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (hours may adjust based on seasonality and weather)
