Entry-Level Outside Sales Rep

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Market Development Specialist and build your future in outside sales. Your day will be full of energy, connection, and opportunity. You'll explore your assigned territory—on foot or by car—introducing local businesses to W.B. Mason’s full range of workplace products and services. With a consultative mindset, you'll meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate how our offerings can simplify their operations. You'll showcase products, share web tools, provide custom pricing, and assist new customers through MasonvilleGO. Collaborating closely with inside sales and onboarding teams, you'll ensure smooth transitions for every new account. Regular branch sales meetings will keep you connected and supported as you grow your market and your career.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
