About the role

In this Market Development Specialist role, you will:

  • Start by hitting the road-on foot or by car-exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer.
  • Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier.
  • Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
  • Work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of.
  • Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.

Responsibilities

Your day will be full of energy, connection, and opportunity. You'll:

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Able to converse, read, and write in English
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
