About the role
In this Market Development Specialist role, you will:
- Start by hitting the road-on foot or by car-exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer.
- Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier.
- Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
- Work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of.
- Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
Responsibilities
Your day will be full of energy, connection, and opportunity. You'll:

Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Able to converse, read, and write in English
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

- Strong communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
