Entry-Level Outside Sales Rep

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Market Development Specialist and take your career to new heights in outside sales. You'll explore your assigned territory, introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's products and services, and help them get set up with our solutions. Your day will involve meeting potential clients, uncovering their needs, demonstrating products, offering custom pricing, and collaborating with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road (on foot or by car) to explore your assigned territory and introduce businesses to W.B. Mason’s offerings.
• Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate how our products and services can benefit them.
• Share web tools, offer custom pricing, and assist new customers in setting up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
• Participate in regular branch sales meetings for support and connection.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
