Entry Level Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Overview

Openings are available for our fast-growing Solar Consultation team. We are looking for highly motivated, trainable individuals with an eagerness to learn. You will work closely with clients to guide them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective, solar energy. We offer full training, allowing for entry-level candidates.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Inform clients on how to save money by switching to solar
• Work face-to-face with potential and current clientele, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional energy to clean & efficient power in their homes
• Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to support your success

What You'll Do

• Complete comprehensive and ongoing training to learn new industry knowledge
• Retain and grow your client base by effectively managing their accounts and ensuring an outstanding experience
• Cultivate current and prospective client relationships and identify opportunities to expand these relationships
• Cultivate and analyze a client's electricity usage to make recommendations for optimizing energy usage and determine solar installation eligibility

• Provide training for new hires to ensure best practices and maximize success potential
• Maintain open and honest communication among team members, leaders, and management, offering assistance when needed
• Help shape your career path and promote members to leadership positions based on performance
• Plan and organize fun company and team events and outings (e.g., 76ers box seats, Top Golf, team lunches, company conventions in locations like Atlantic City and Philadelphia)

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $65,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
• Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday, no weekends
