Responsibilities
- Work in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak face-to-face with homeowners
- Explain our free roof inspection service
- Schedule appointments for in-home estimates
- Work outdoors and on your feet
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
- A positive attitude
- A strong desire to succeed
- A professional appearance
- Great communications skills
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
- Ability to work 40 hrs between 9am - 7pm, Mon - Sat
Pay
W-2 full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekly pay on Fridays.
- Hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses
- Average first-year earnings: $40,000-$70,000+
- Average first-year earnings typically range from $650-$1,350 per week, depending on individual performance
Schedule
- On-site role with Monday-Saturday availability between 9am-7pm
- No overnight travel
- Team transportation provided from the office
