About the role

Entry-level marketing & management position building 2–3 marketing teams around top performers. Seeking candidates with restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or other fast‑paced experience who want to turn those skills into a long‑term career. The goal is to train top performers into Managing Director roles within a year.

Responsibilities

• Representing and presenting our clients’ marketing campaigns
• Building relationships with customers and clients
• Tracking team KPIs and reporting results
• Managing client site relationships
• Participating in networking events and presentations
• Conducting market research and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

• Retail, restaurant, hospitality, bartending or customer service experience
• Confident and comfortable talking to all types of people
• Strong team player with a competitive mindset
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Local or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
