Entry Level Marketing

Responsibilities

• Connect with new clients and set inspection appointments
• Promote our top-rated products and services
• Engage customers through face-to-face presentations
• Sharpen your skills in weekly training sessions

Requirements

• 18+ years old; no experience or education required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, motivated, and eager to grow
• Flexible schedule: weekdays (11 am–7 pm) and 4 weekend days per month

Pay & Benefits

• $17.25–$22/hr base ($25–$35+/hr with bonuses)
• $65K–$135K+ annual earning potential (no cap; not a commission-only position)
• Performance bonuses, company trips (Cancun, Vegas, Bahamas), events, and perks
• Company vehicle provided for fieldwork
• Health, dental, and vision insurance — available after advancement to full‑time team lead (employees must qualify by earning the promotion before benefits packages are offered)
