Mohawk Industries is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Manufacturing Production Associates. This role encompasses several different manufacturing positions, including but not limited to Creeler, Twister, Superba, and Utility. Responsibilities

  • Perform various manufacturing tasks as assigned, which may include operating machinery, handling materials, and supporting production processes.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Drive and dedication to reach personal and professional goals.
  • Ability to work a number of shifts, including 12-hour night shifts.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, stoop, and reach overhead for 12 hours.
  • Ability to continuously lift 25-35 pounds.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Ability to work in an environment that may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty environment.

Schedule

This role requires availability to work a variety of shifts, including 12-hour night shifts.
