About the role

Rennscot MFG is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in various manufacturing roles. No prior manufacturing experience is necessary as on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines, additive manufacturing equipment, or other production machinery.
  • Assemble precision components and finished products.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
  • Support material handling, post-processing, packaging, and other production activities.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience is a plus but not required.
  • Mechanical or technical training is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
