Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain paper machines, extruders, and other manufacturing equipment. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. - Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. - Perform routine maintenance tasks and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

- Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
