Propelis is expanding its Waukesha team and hiring a 3rd shift Entry Level Machine Operator. This is a true entry‑level role—no prior experience required. The position offers 100 % fully paid, on‑the‑job training in a comfortable, climate‑controlled facility.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting pay: $24.00 /hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential).
• 6‑month raise: Earn an additional $1.00 /hour after a standard competency assessment.
• U.S. pay range for this position: $23 – $24 /hour, adjusted for location, experience, and other factors.
