Entry Level Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Location: Nashua, NH

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am | $19.78/hr

About the role

We are seeking a dependable Entry Level Machine Operator to join our client's 2nd shift team, with training available! This role focuses on loading and unloading parts and operating a deburring machine to remove burrs and sharp edges from metal components. No prior experience is required, but manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts into the deburring machine.
• Inspect parts for quality after deburring.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Steel toe shoes required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and machinery.
