Entry Level Land Surveyor
About the role
KCI is looking for a motivated Entry Level Land Surveyor to join our team in South Florida. This position involves carrying out a range of surveying assignments while learning the methods of survey data collection. You will assist the Party Chief as directed to complete surveys, maintain survey equipment and vehicle inventory, and help with record-keeping and report preparation. Safety compliance and the ability to travel out of town when required are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist Party Chief in completing surveys
- Maintain survey equipment and survey vehicle inventory
- Assist with maintaining records and preparing reports
- Work in a safe manner and obey all safety regulations
- Able to travel out of town when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to maintain required certifications
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position
