About the role
Entry‑level production labor position in wood veneer manufacturing with the opportunity to learn and explore various jobs within the plant, including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision. You will be trained to fill in on multiple machine stations at our innovative wood veneer facility.
Responsibilities
- Shovel and sweep wood byproducts
- Stack and pile lumber and veneer
- Fill in on various machine stations
- Gain experience in production, equipment maintenance, and supervision
- Work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment
- Perform repetitive lifting
- Work in both hot and cold conditions
- Occasional overtime during busy production periods
Qualifications
- Recent, related work history with verifiable references
- Minimum age of 18

Pay
Earn between $20.69 and $21.89 per hour.
Schedule
Work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10‑hour shifts (day or swing shift available).
