About the Role
Entry‑level position in the Eugene Fabrication Shop with opportunity to learn and advance into roles such as CNC Machinist, Welding Fabricator, Plasma Table Operator, Electrical/Electronics technician, CNC programmer, and PLC programmer.
Responsibilities
- Perform general shop cleanup and maintenance
- Assist fabricators with prepping material, grinding, running a drill press, and metal cutting using a band saw
- Handle repetitive lifting
- Work in both hot and cold environments
- Maintain a fast‑paced, demanding workflow
Qualifications
- Recent, related work history with verifiable references
- Metal shop experience preferred
- Minimum age 18
