Entry Level Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing and sample preparation following established SOPs and strict safety standards.
• Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment logs.
• Accurately record, organize, and review test data using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Maintain organized inventory, supplies, and safe work areas to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicate test observations, results, and technical issues clearly to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and extreme attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a coachable, collaborative mindset.

Preferred:

• Associate Degree or technical certification in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering Technology.
• Prior R&D, quality control, or testing laboratory experience.
