Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and requests by phone and email.
• Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options, and process necessary updates or changes.
• Work with fellow service and sales team members to create and process renewal paperwork.
• Participate in data entry/clean-up to help maintain accurate and organized client information.
• Other duties as assigned.
