Identifies potential customers and makes outbound calls to introduce products and services.
Lead Generation
- Manages and tracks all sales activities in the CRM system.
Sales and Product Presentations
- Makes effective sales and product presentations to customers.
Customer Service
- Addresses customer service needs to include supplying information on products, pricing as required and service complaints.
Compliance and Policies
- Implements Company plans and policies in the management of the sales territory by maintaining compliance with corporate policies and philosophies.
Account Records
- Maintains current account records by utilizing CRM and updating sales and contact information.
Behaviors and Company Standards
- Demonstrates and promotes behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
- Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Other Duties
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Required: High School Diploma
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree
