Entry-Level Inside Account Manager

As an Inside Account Manager, you'll be an integral part of that mission, directly influencing customer relationships, business growth, and the continued success of our company. No previous sales experience is required; we're looking for potential, personality, drive, and determination.

We offer a structured, three-step training program during your first year designed to help you learn the business from the ground up, develop your sales skills, and eventually manage and grow your own customer accounts. You'll be paired with an experienced mentor who will provide guidance, answer questions, and support your development.

Our team is friendly and close-knit, with a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals who can help you learn the business, sharpen your skills, and grow your confidence.

This isn't a position where you simply complete tasks and wait for the next promotion. You'll have the opportunity to build customer relationships, develop new business, and see the direct results of your hard work.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Confident and possess a positive attitude
• Interest in pursuing a career in sales and business development

Pay

• Starting base salary: $50,000–$60,000
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Potential to earn up to $75,000 in first year
• Six-figure earnings potential within three years based on performance

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, in person at our Mt. Laurel, NJ office.
