Entry Level HVAC Helper

Aspire Heating and Cooling is hiring an Entry Level HVAC Helper to join our installation and service team in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time, year-round role offers a starting pay of $15.00 per hour during training, with pay increases as you develop your skills.

About the Role

As an Entry Level HVAC Helper, you'll work alongside experienced HVAC installers and service technicians, assisting with residential heating and cooling projects while learning the trade. You'll help prepare job sites, move equipment and materials, support installations and maintenance visits, and learn proper HVAC procedures in a real-world environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with residential HVAC installations, maintenance visits, and equipment replacements.
• Help load and unload materials, organize tools, and prepare work areas.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
• Learn proper installation methods, equipment handling, and safety procedures while supporting experienced team members.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent Aspire Heating and Cooling with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Dependable individual with an interest in building a career in the skilled trades.
• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, automotive repair, warehouse work, manufacturing, or another hands-on field is helpful but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, ability to follow directions, and commitment to working safely as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Winston-Salem shop.
