Entry Level Highway Engineer
About the Role
Dewberry is seeking an Entry Level Highway Engineer to join our Highway Engineering Department in either our Mechanicsburg, PA or Canonsburg, PA offices. This position offers potential for professional growth, a great working environment, and the opportunity to apply the latest technology to help our clients solve their most challenging problems.
As an entry-level hire, you’ll be part of a class of peers with 0-1 year of professional experience. Responsibilities
- Design and preparation of contract documents for roadway improvement projects for various clients.
Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering required.
- EIT/FE preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Prior internship or summer work experience preferred.
- Familiarity with AASHTO and MUTCD.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, MicroStation, and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
