This is a full-time, hourly position with a performance-based company dedicated to clear career paths for individuals with goals and aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain seamless gutters, gutter guards, and specialty gutters.
• Work outside in all weather conditions and seasons.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality service to customers.
• Follow safety protocols, including OSHA and ladder safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Positive attitude and desire to grow with the company.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in exterior home improvement, carpentry, or construction (2 years of experience is a plus but not required).
• Previous gutter installation experience or passion for gutters is a plus but not required.
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred.
