About the job

Support the life insurance policy process by serving as a point of contact between policyholders and insurance carriers.
Assist with verifying and processing life insurance policy ownership updates.
Review and maintain accurate insured and policyholder information through routine audits and follow-up.
Communicate with policyholders and insurance carrier representatives to address questions and facilitate requests.
Maintain detailed records and ensure information is updated accurately in company systems.
Collaborate with internal team members to support policy administration and client service activities.
