Entry Level Financial Analyst

Accountabilities

• Analyze financial information, develop reporting solutions, and deliver insights that help business partners make informed decisions.
• Maintain and improve recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Analyze financial performance results, identify key business drivers, and communicate findings through reports and presentations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to investigate business questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities through forward-looking financial analysis.
• Perform variance analysis, investigate root causes, and evaluate potential business impacts.
• Prepare financial updates, executive presentations, and supporting materials that clearly communicate insights.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical methodologies to increase efficiency.
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment when working through ambiguous situations and evolving priorities.
• Support business teams by providing accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights from complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with financial models, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in identifying trends, asking questions, and improving processes.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
