Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone or email to assist with financial matters.
• Build successful partnerships with key internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Tax roles.
• Bachelor’s degree for Credit roles.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
