Entry-Level Field Service Technician

Position Overview

Pacific Office Automation (POA) is seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Honolulu area. This is a field-based position supporting customers throughout Honolulu and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
• Provide high-quality technical support to customers in the field
• Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a positive service experience
• Diagnose and resolve unique technical issues
• Manage your time, daily service calls, and assigned territory efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar equipment (a plus)
• Strong computer skills (a plus)
• A problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction
