Entry Level Events Associate

About the Role

This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports brand activations and live events while developing marketing and customer-engagement skills. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is a hands-on, in-person position, not a remote one. Team members work on-site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Represent brand initiatives at on-site events
• Engage attendees and prospective customers face to face
• Assist with setup, materials, and event execution
• Gather feedback and support campaign objectives
