Job Description
Position Overview
- Assist with the planning and coordination of various events from inception to completion.
- Support senior event managers in day-to-day operational tasks and logistics.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to arrange necessary event services.
- Help prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
- Cook up registration and attendee management before and during events.
Qualifications
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and learn.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and vendors.
