About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Staff to support our team during on-site events and activations throughout Fayetteville, NC. As Event Staff, you will help set up, manage, and support event operations to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Support registration, check-in, and guest assistance
• Help manage event materials, equipment, and displays
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees
• Follow instructions from event leads and supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with the public
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs if needed
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
