About the role

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Event Marketing Associate to support in-person marketing campaigns, community events, and promotional activities for our clients. This full-time, on-site position is a strong opportunity for someone interested in event marketing, brand promotion, community outreach, communications, and customer engagement. No previous event marketing experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients at community events, promotional events, and in-person marketing campaigns
  • Engage directly with attendees and members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide clear information about client programs, services, and initiatives
  • Support the setup, coordination, and execution of event marketing activities
  • Help create positive experiences that increase awareness and engagement
  • Communicate with customers and event attendees to answer questions and provide information
  • Gather feedback and share relevant event observations with team members
  • Assist with promotional materials, event displays, and campaign activities
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and event teams to meet campaign objectives
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities
  • Maintain a professional representation of clients and their brands

Previous experience in event marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, promotions, or communications is a plus but not required.

Training and Professional Development

Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided to help new team members develop practical skills in event marketing, communication, customer engagement, and campaign execution. As you gain experience, you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop skills in event coordination, marketing campaigns, client relations, communications, and team leadership.
