Entry Level Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide civil, municipal, land development and/or environmental engineering services using prescribed methods.
• Perform specific and limited portions of broader assignments of an experienced engineer.
• Apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjust and correlate data, and recognize discrepancies in results.
• Follow standard office procedures through a series of related detailed steps or processes.
• Work directly with clients and firm project managers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with the highest quality.
• Draft reports, assist with specifications, and make preliminary selection of equipment.
• Obtain data from clients or share information as needed.
• Collaborate in a team environment, learning from staff engineers, project engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers.
• Develop leadership skills that build autonomy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Recent graduate or up to three years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
